Wording 10' separation required between a Water line and all portions of the onsite sewage system; effluent transport line, tanks, treatment and disposal components, EXCEPT the crossing as identified on the approved plan shall be installed to meet DOE Criteria for Sewage Works.

Title: Designer Notification/inspections
Wording Designer must be contacted prior to start of construction and for inspections during installation. DESIGNER IS REQUIRED TO DO A PRECOVER INSPECTION ON ALL TYPES OF SYSTEMS.

Title: Installation Inspection
Wording Notification of the start of construction shall be faxed or emailed to Jefferson County Public Health ONE WORKING DAY prior to start.

Title: Certified Installer Required
Wording This system must be constructed by an installer certified by the Jefferson County Public Health Department per state code WAC246-272A-0250.
