Title: C-DNR CONDITIONS
Wording On January 22, 2004, a U.S. District Court ordered buffers for ground and aerial applications of certain pesticides around salmon-supporting waters in Washington, Oregon, and California. Where the court-ordered buffers are wider than those required by the Washington State forest practices rules, the court-ordered buffers shall be used. To determine if you will need to leave the court-ordered buffers on your spray operation, refer to the Washington State Department of Agriculture's Internet web site at: http://www.agr.wa.gov/pestfert/envresources/buffers.htm . It is important to check the Department of Agriculture's website immediately before spraying to ensure that you have the most current information. For help with interpreting the maps and tables on the website or for additional information on applying pesticides, contact the Washington State Department of Agriculture- Pesticide Management Division at 360 902 2067.
