Title: C-DNR CONDITIONS Wording 1. If water is flowing at puncheon crossing locations a culvert, sized appropriately to handle the flow, will be placed in the channel with the puncheon placed on top. Enough puncheon should be placed in the channel to protect the stream banks. 2. Once the activity is complete the puncheon and the culverts (if necessary) shall be removed from the channel. 3. If soil is exposed at the crossing approaches slash, straw or similar material shall be placed on the exposed areas to reduce the risk of sedimentation from erosion.
