Description:I would like to confirm if a separate land use entitlement is required, or if building plan check review only is needed for a proposed 6409(a) eligible facilities request modification to the existing T-Mobile wireless facility at 1442 Shine Ridge Rd. (lying SW of SR104), Oak Bay, WA 98365.
The scope of work will consist of:
Tower scope of work: Remove (2) antennas; Install (2) antennas, (1) HCS 2.0 J-Box w/ breakout pendant, (1) 1-1/2" hybrid cable.
Ground scope of work: Remove Existing SSC Cabinet, (1) AMOB Rack, (1) 100A PPC Cabinet; Relocate (1) 200A Meter; Install (1) Purcell HPL3 Cabinet W/: (1) voltage booster W/ (3) amplifiers & (1) CSR IXRE V2 router; Install (1) Purcell LB3 Battery Cabinet W/ (4) battery strings; Install (1) HCS 2.0 J-Box, (1) 8'-0" H-frame, (1) Vertiv cube, (1) 200A PPC cabinet, (1) CIENA box, (1) tech light, (1) grip step over, (1) 24" ICE bridge W/ 12" diving board.
There will be no change in tower dimensions (height or width), no new excavation, and no increase in equipment lease area. There will be a net increase of (1) equipment cabinet.
Please advise if a Land Use application needs to be filed, or if I can proceed with Building review.
