Title: SITE PLAN CHANGES
Wording The site plan as submitted with the modification to existing cell tower application on September 2, 2022, approved by Jefferson County Department of Community Development. Any modifications, changes, and/or additions to the revised stamped, approved site plan dated September 19, 2022 shall be resubmitted for review and approval by Jefferson County Department of Community Development.

Title: BMPS
Wording The project shall adhere to the Best Management Practices (BMPs) to control stormwater, erosion and sediment during construction. BMPs shall address permanent measures to stabilize soil exposed during construction, and in the design and operation of stormwater and drainage control systems.

Title: EXEMPT
Wording The proposal meets JCC18.42.020 (2) (d) which exempts the following from the provisions of the Chapter 18.42 JCC. Emergency or routine repairs, reconstruction, or routine maintenance of previously approved facilities, or replacement of transmitters, antennas, or other components of previously approved facilities which do not create a change in visual impact.

Title: COLOCATION
Wording JCC 18.42.080 identifies the following as a permitted outright use: Attached or collocated wireless communications facilities on existing structures in designated forest lands and all commercial and industrial districts.

Title: NOISE
Wording The installed permitted equipment will be compliant with Jefferson County Code 18.42.090 (g). T-mobile will be responsible for not exceeding the maximum environmental noise levels set forth in WAC Chapter 173-60.

Title: SEPA EXEMPT
Wording This proposal is SEPA exempt under WAC197-11-800(25)(a)(i).
