A building permit (BLD01-00550) for a microwave replacement on the existing tower by AT&T Wireless was cancelled December 3, 2002 due to lack of progress. TOWER 2 The original second tower was reviewed under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) (ENV99-00003) by Jefferson County acting as lead agency, and a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) was issued August 31, 1999. Said tower was reviewed under BLD99-00351 with Voice Stream Wireless as the applicant and was finaled November 12, 1999. A building permit (BLD99-00398) was finaled July 26, 2000 for collocation of wireless communication equipment on the Voice Stream tower. Zoning review (ZON01-00003/MLA01-00032) for collocation of 12 directional panel antennas, one 6' diameter dish antenna on the 195-foot Voice Stream lattice tower and associated equipment shelter was approved April 11, 2001. A building permit (BLD02-00119) was finaled November 14, 2002 for collocation of wireless telecommunication antenna by Cingular Wireless. Associated consistency review was conducted under MLA02-00115. A building permit (BLD02-00120) for a propane tank installation by Cingular Wireless was cancelled August 14, 2003. A building permit (BLD03-00153) was approved April 16, 2004 for a cell tower replacement by Cingular Wireless.
