Title: F-PROJECT REVIEW
Wording A shoreline exemption permit (MLA04-00105) with SEPA review was approved April 15, 2004 for a replacement of dilapidated water and sewer lines with two phases. Phase I included water and sewer improvements. Phase II involved placement of the water reservoir. Phase II land use approval (MLA04-00260) was issued September 30, 2004 and expires September 30, 2007.
