SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
-5,000 feet of 8-inch gravity sewer mains.

- 3 grinder pump stations with a 2-inch diameter force mains.
In addition, the applicant will also be required to receive a shoreline exemption permit in accordance with the Jefferson County Shoreline Master Program. The applicant has submitted a stormwater plan, geotechnical report, and is undergoing review for the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). Washington State Parks has assumed the Lead Agency status and issued a preliminary threshold Determination of Non Significance. Phase I work will take place primarily in the existing road prism. The applicant shall be required to undergo a Type III review for FUTURE placement of the water reservoir. A Type III quasi-judicial hearing will be held and noticing will be sent upon receipt of the proposed reservoir application.
