The school, as an education facility, shall provide the following number of parking spaces, per Table 6-2 of the UDC: One (1) parking space per classroom, plus one (1) per two (2) students. Provision for an additional 18 parking spaces shall be provided. Prior to authorization for a temporary certificate of occupancy, the applicant shall provide a supplemental parking plan to the Department of Community Development for review and approval. The plan including the existing adjacent parking area shall provide 31 total parking spaces. At least one(1) parking space for physically handicapped needs shall be provided that complies with the Washington State Regulations for barrier-free facilities per WAC 51-10.
