The Stormwater Management Ordinance requires proponents of development that include construction of less than 5,000 square feet of impervious surface to implement a Small Parcel Erosion and Sediment Control Plan that applies the Small Parcel Minimum Requirements from the Washington Department of Ecology Stormwater Management Manual for the Puget Sound Basin. A Small Parcel Erosion and Sediment Control Plan that meets these requirements shall be submitted to the Jefferson County Department of Public Works for review and approval prior to commencing any land disturbing activty.
