Description | | First, Chapter 18.18 Table 3A-1 Allowable and Prohibited Uses - Residential provides guidance on the residential uses and accessory uses. However, APN 942-903-506 is a commercial building with retail uses on the first floor and previously the Fire District used the second floor for housing. Building Permit #1998-00518. The previous building permits reference the uses, therefore, confirmation and/or direction is requested. The 1st floor and 2nd floor mirror each other on the attached site plan. Currently, the 1st floor is leased and the two upper are vacant.
1) Can the housing use for either or both units continue?
2) If not, can the two upstairs spaces be used for retail independent of the other units?
3) If so, does the County require anything to be done to continue the use? If so, what is the approximate timing?
4) If not, what is the process to allow the mixed-use commercial/residential to continue? And timing?
Second, does the County have any information/agreement on the alley easement on the westside of the parcel referenced above?
Third, what is the process to expand the zoning to include Urban Light Industrial? And timing?
