Instrumentation will include a stage sensor, electronic data logger, and vandal resistant steel instrument shelter. On Owl Creek at river mile 9.6 the existing stilling well gage station will be upgraded. Improvements include a new stilling well, intake pipe, and flushing system, a new outside staff plate gate and three benchmarks.
