Description:PROPOSAL: The proposal is the maintenance of a dock at the intersections of Front and Quincy Streets in Port Townsend. Four pilings (two per side) will be driven adjacent to the dock. Two of these pilings (one on each side of the dock) will be within two feet of the existing towers and the remaining two (also one on each side of the dock) will be four to five feet away shoreward.
