Risers to grade with secured lids shall be located over all compartments. All pumping and related service must be performed by a Jefferson County licensed septic system pumper. Permit Holder shall maintain and keep operational records which include pumping intervals, sewage volume, disposal site, service and repair records. These records shall be available upon request of the Health officer representative.
A high water float with an audio visual alarm shall be provided. The alarm shall be located within view of the holding tank in a watertight enclosure and approved by the State Electrical Inspector.

This approval is for the temporary use of a holding tank to be partially buried for ease of removal and reuse for a temporary tiny home village to serve the homeless on property owned by the Community Methodist Church. Extension beyond 6 months may be approved per the Basic Sanitation Policy approved by the JC Board of Health.
This permit is for installation of a holding tank at this location only. Movement to another location shall require a permit with conditions for any other location and other conditions may apply.

H - Based on manufacturers requirements this tank shall be buried to a point 6" over the midline seam and shall be protected from UV light by a tarp and/or soil. If soil from the excavation is used it shall be protected from erosion and exposure of the tank by a tarp that is fixed to prevent removal by wind/weather.
