Individual lots shall obtain a permit from Jefferson Co. to install a septic tank to serve the residence. Each tank shall have risers to grade over the inlet and outlet, the inlet riser shall be 24". AN OUTLET BAFFLE FILTER IS REQUIRED ON EACH SEPTIC TANK.
