Wording This community drainfield requires a management agreement with a third party guarantor with adequate funds set aside in an account to repair the system. The third party guarantor shall be the PUD #1. They will take over management and operation of the system if so directed by the Jefferson County Environmental Health Div.

Wording A permit from Jeff. Co. shall be obtained to install a septic tank to serve the residences. As per the plans some residences may share a tank. If the lots are ever separately owned then individual tanks will be installed on each residence. Each tank shall have risers to grade over the inlet and outlet of the septic tank. An outlet baffle filter is required on the outlet of the tank.
