A permit from Jeff. Co. shall be obtained to install a septic tank to serve the residences. As per the plans some residences shall share a tank. If the lots are ever separately owned then individual tanks will be installed on each residence. Each tank shall have risers to grade over the inlet and outlet of the septic tank. An outlet baffle filter is required on the outlet of the tank.
