Description:Shoreline conditional use permit and flood development permit to deploy receivers in marine waters at or near the Hood Canal Bridge. This project will temporarily place acoustic receivers underwater and anchor them to the seafloor with natural rock anchors. The receivers will track salmonid migration past the Hood Canal Bridge to gauge the effectiveness of restoration alternatives. This is a component of a watershed restoration project that is designed to improve fish and wildlife habitat and reduce impediments to migrating fish. The project will take place from 2022-2024.
