Title: CONDITIONS
Wording Applicant shall adhere to the following conditions; 1. The applicant shall not begin any work approved under this conditional use permit until written authorization to proceed has been obtained from Ecology. 2. If an extension to the project timeline is needed, contact DCD project planner at (360)379-4462. 3. All of the ADCP’s and the acoustic telemetry receivers shall be removed upon the completion of the proposed research project. 4. The Bottom Mounts for the ADCP’s and any non-natural type anchors (concrete blocks) used for the acoustic telemetry receivers shall be completely removed from the sea bed and water upon completion of the proposed research project. 5. Work within the jurisdiction of the Shoreline Master Program other than as described above shall receive separate review from this Department. 6. Construction shall be in substantial compliance with the site plan submitted on October 31st, 2016 as it exists now or is hereafter amended by Jefferson County and/or the Washington Department of Ecology.
