Wording This permit must be located on site when any work encompassed by the permit is being performed. Failure to do so may result in suspension of all work.

Wording An approach culvert is not necessary at this location at this time. The access must accommodate a 10-16 foot wide driveway with a 10-25 foot approach radius.

Title: CRUSHED SURFACING
Wording The applicant must place a minimum of 3 inches of crushed rock per WSDOT Standard Spec 9-03.9(3), starting from the edge of the road and extending back a minimum of 20 feet for the full width of the access and its radius. The driveway shall be compacted and graded so the rock material is not carried out onto the roadway and shall begin at the back of ditch, or if there is no ditch, the back of the shoulder. The access and installation of the crushed rock surfacing material shall not impact the existing grade of the county road shoulder.
