Wording				Minimum cover allowed over utility lines placed along the roadway shall be no less than 30" below the level of the ditch or roadbed.

Wording				If any damage to the roadway or shoulder occurs as a result of the installation of the water service, the applicant shall repair the roadway by open cutting the roadway a minimum of 2 feet on each side of the cut and backfilling with (C.D.F.) or a Concrete Density Slurry and compacted in 12 inch lifts. The final lift shall be 3 inches of asphalt concrete pavement. The joints shall be sealed with a petroleum based oil such as C.S.S. #1 or a similar product. The sidewalk shall be restored to its pre-construction condition.
