Wording The applicant shall develop and submit to the Department of Public Works for approval, a "Hazardous Materials Management Plan".The subject permit will not be issued unless the applicant submits to the Permit Center, a copy of the "Hazardous Materials Management Plan" showing a stamp of approval from the Department of Public Works. Once the subject permit has been issued, the applicant shall fully implement the provisions of the submitted "Hazardous Materials Management Plan", and contact the Jefferson County Public Works Department to arrange a schedule of inspection for plan compliance. A Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the Public Works Department verifies plan compliance.
