Description:Landscape Designer, 3 questions:
1)septic tank green cover. Can we put a couple inches of gravel over it for a terrace ?(The lot is tiny)
2) 50 ft setback on shoreline. Can we cut a 2 ft wide path into the salal? It would only go five feet into the no-build area.
3) Stormwater retention drain. Is it ok to grow Rubus calcinoides ground cover beside the drain rock and let it grow over? My guess is yes, as when I asked the city about a similar question it was fine.
