Description:I would like to confirm if a separate land use entitlement is required, or if building plan check review only is needed for a proposed 6409(a) eligible facilities request modification to the existing T-Mobile wireless facility at 2805 Larson Lake Rd., Port Ludlow, WA 98365.
The scope of work will consist of:
Tower Scope of Work: Remove (3) antennas; Install (3) antennas, (1) HCS 2.0 J-box W/ breakout pendant, (1) 1-1/2" hybrid cable, (1) bird excluder (designed by others).
Ground Scope of Work: Remove (1) existing cabinet: (1) SSC cabinet, (1) existing AMOB rack, (1) existing PPC/Telco cabinet; Relocate from (E) SSC cabinet to HPL3 cabinet (1) Raycap voltage booster W/ (3) amplifiers; Relocate from existing AMOB rack TO HPL3 cabinet: (1) ASIL & (1) ABIO; Install (1) Purcell HPL3 cabinet W/ (1) CSR IXRE V2 router, (1) Purcell LB3 battery cabinet W/ (4) battery strings, (1) HCS 2.0 J-box, (1) H-frame, (1) 200A PPC cabinet W/ Camlok, (1) Vertiv cube, (1) ice bridge and post as needed, (1) 12" diving board, (2) tech light w/ timer, (1) conduit strut step over behind HPL3.
There will be no change in tower dimensions (height or width), no new excavation, and no increase in equipment lease
area. There will be a net increase of (1) equipment cabinet.
Please advise if a Land Use application needs to be filed, or if I can proceed with Building review.
