Description:Organic Seed Alliance (OSA) is planning to construct a commercial agricultural building with office space on land we lease from Finnriver North LLC (see uploaded image). As a lessee working on property with existing services we want to understand how best to proceed with the application, which will be taken out in Finnriver's name with OSA as authorized agent.
Activities include
- demolishing an existing poll barn
- erecting a new pole barn similar to others on the Finnriver campus
- fully finishing half of the barn, including a second story mezzanine, for research and office space. The other half will be partially heated and used for seed cleaning.
I will also reach out to environmental health regarding a composting toilet and hand wash sink we would like to install.
