Description:The remodel of an existing 1st Security Bank, Hadlock Branch (1745 Net SF) will all be in the exisitng building, no additions, no change in occupancy or site work. There will be minor exterior envelope work to add venting from the new IT room. Scope is to demolish a few walls, add a few walls, add plumbing for coffee machine, moving plumbing in break room and restroom sink, new casework, add electrical were needed for new layout, adjust/add mechanical as needed for new confiruration and all the new furniture and finishes thourghout. Not touching the drive-thur area or the vault. For this size project, does the 90 day review time still apply or is there a shorter time line. May the MEP be deferred and not submitted with the building permit applicaitons? |
