Description:I would like to request a 1 hour meeting with DCD for Customer Intake Assistance (I have attached the request form) to discuss our Boiler MACT project and building permit application.
PTPC is currently preparing the building permit application for submittal to Jefferson County for our “Boiler MACT project.”
• This project is required by federal Boiler MACT regulation. The Department of Ecology received the SEPA checklist for this project, and issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) on November 10, 2014 for this project. I’ve attached the DNS as well as the SEPA checklist to this email.
• The public comment period for the Boiler MACT NOC Order and SEPA DNS issued by Ecology for this project is currently ongoing (November 12-December 19, 2014).
• Ecology will hold a public meeting on Monday December 15, 2014 at 6 pm at Fort Worden about the PTPC Boiler MACT project. I wanted to make sure Jefferson County DCD was aware of this public meeting - I’ve attached the Ecology information sheet about the project and public meeting.
