Wording This proposal is for a WSDA processing facility for value added production of the farm produce. The septic system SEP17-00124 was approved for up to 10 full time employees and with food production described in the permit; pesto, fruit jam, apple cider syrup, dried herbs and salts. Per owner the use is described as seasonal with 2 employees, 8 hours per day, 3 days per week. Conditions of septic permit are applicable.

Title: POTABLE WATER
Wording Approval of this permit for potable water is for connection to the Quimper water system managed by the PUD. The existing irrigation well is not approved for potable use and must not be physically connected to the public water supply.

Title: Wetland Setback
Wording A setback of 110 feet, measured perpendicularly from the wetland edge, shall be permanently maintained as a buffer. No filling, grading, clearing, or other alteration of the wetland or its buffer is allowed.
