Noise generated by the wireless telecommunication facility shall not exceed the maximum environmental noise levels established in Chapter 173-60, Washington Administrative Code, as it is now in effect or in effect or hereafter amended. All noise emitting equipment that cannot in any way operate below the maximum permitted noise level shall be housed in a sound-attenuating structure, unless otherwise stipulated in the project approval. The applicant may be required to submit sound attenuation plans for review and approval by the department.
