Title: SEPTIC LIMITATIONS
Wording The existing bathroom is intended for the volunteers of the food bank only. Any public use must be restricted to a portable toilet move to the site by an approved company with a pumping contract.

Title: VEGETABLE WASHING
Wording Until a remodel permit is approved for addtional plumbing to the building, aside from the existing bathroom, all vegetable washing will be done outside using a hose bib and tub.

Title: SEPTIC CAPACITY
Wording The existing septic system serving this proposed food bank is calculated to serve 144 gallons per day. Water use records will be required for future building permits to assess volume if this system is intended for use and no expansion is proposed.

Title: HOLD-BARRIERS ON SEPTIC
Wording Prior to occupancy verification that all systems and reserve area have barriers in place to eliminate unintentional driving/parking over systems. An O and M provider, designer or inspection by Health department with documentation to the record will be necessary. Health Department inspection will require a fee.

Title: SEPTIC - No Assurance future dev.
Wording Approval of this permit does not provide any assurance of future approvals for onsite sewage disposal on the property or use of any existing septic systems. Actions taken to date and proposed as part of this project may limit or prevent future development of an onsite sewage system. Future proposals must meet current code at the time of application.
