The septic approval for this project is based on compliance with the "restrictive covenant regarding monitoring of on site sewage system for non residential wastewater" recorded on __2/2/16___________ under AFN #__597590____________
This onsite sewage system is designed for domestic strength wastewater only. Disposal of any other waste strength is considered a violation of this permit.
Waste Strength (BOD, CBOD, DO. TSS, Grease and oils and ph) is to be monitored quarterly until stabilized and then annually thereafter. Responsibility is that of the owner. Results are to be submitted to the Jefferson County Health Dept. 30 days following testing.
The permit to process recreational marijuana has been approved based on the operation plan dated 05/14 and as approved by the Liquor Control Board. Copy of plan is in the building review packet in the septic permit file.
