Approval of the plan is based on an application for a waiver from the standard based on information submitted by Everett Sorensen, P.E. A condition of the waiver approval is that if the line is exposed during the construction and thus does not meet the conditions described by Mr. Sorenson it shall be relocated to meet the required 2' setback from the foundation or if damaged or found to be crushed in the future the pipe shall be moved to meet the minimum 2' required setback.
