Wording The removal of the exsiting structures and concrete slab would not create or add over 2,000 square feet of impervious surface and would not result in over 7,000 square feet of land disturbing activities. Sections 6.6 and 6.7 of the Jefferson County Unified Development Code requires that your proposal submit a Stormwater Plan for a Small Project, which are construction best management practices.
