Wording 1. All exiting requirements noted on plans for signage, lighting, aisles and hardware to be installed and maintained. Permanently remove all tables that block exit aisles. 2.Grand dining room: Reverse emergency exit door to swing out and provide 44" wide exterior landing. Enlarge arch opening into grand dining room to 44" wide. 3. Repair or replace electrical connection and propane flex connection to hot water heater. Provide a report of compliance of code for water heater from a certified installer. 4.Replace non working exhaust fans in employee restroom, men's and women's restroom located near bar and in kitchen / dishwashing area. 5. Verify LPG furnaces are installed to code for venting and make up air. Provide report of compliance from a certified installer. 6. Remove shelving in grand dining room furnace closet. 7. Cap off all exposed drain lines in employee restroom. 8. Provide inspection results from electrical inspection by L&I ( inspection requested by DSD)
