Title: Bld Setbacks
Wording Minimum setback from Chimacum Road right-of-way shall be 15 feet. Minimum east/west (side) yard setbacks shall be 5 feet. Minimum south (rear) yard setback shall be 10 feet.

Title: Bld building height
Wording The building height is not to exceed 70 feet.

Title: Bld lot coverage
Wording There is no maximum lot coverage identified for buildings in the Urban Commercial land use designation, however, adequate space must be provided for required parking, setbacks, landscaping, utilities, septic system (if no sewer available) and storm water management facilities, as applicable.

Title: HOLD-LAUNDRY FACILITY
Wording APPROVAL OF THIS PROPOSAL THAT INCLUDES LAUNDRY FACILITIES IS BASED ON THE USE OF LOW FLOW WASHING MACHINES, NO MORE THAN 25 GALLONS PER LOAD. INSPECTION OF THE LAUNDRY FACILITIES IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING.

Title: STORMWATER MAINTENANCE AGREE
Wording In order to meet the requirements of the Washington Department of Ecology Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington and to ensure that the approved stormwater management facilities are appropriately maintained for the life of the project, Jefferson County requires the proponent to enter into a Stormwater Management Facility Maintenance Agreement with the County. After construction has been completed, the department will send the proponent a copy of the Agreement that has been signd by the Public Works Director. The Department cannot give final approval for the project until the Agreement has been signed by the proponent and filed with the Jeffeson County Auditor.

Title: CERTIFICATION BY PROJ ENGINEER
Wording After the motel construction is complete, the proponent shall submit a letter from the project engineer certifying that the stormwater management facilities have been constructed as per the apporved plans. The Department cannot give final approval for the project until this certification has been received.

Title: NO ACCESS VIA LAWN ST.

The motel is 12 units thereby requiring a minimum of 12 parking spaces.
