Off street parking shall be provided in accordance with the minimum standards set forth in Tables 3 & 4 of the Jefferson County Zoning Ordinance. For every rental unit, one (1) off street parking space is required. No less than 2% of the total number of parking spaces or a minimum or one (1) space, whichever is greater, shall be designated handicap parking and be no less than 13' 0" wide.
