this permit is being issued to correct a violation, addition of an adu to system not design for it. the adu is to be changed to a satelite bedroom with covenant AFN 564040 recorded and change of use permit BLD11-261and all kitchen facilities to be removed (sink removed and appliances). There was discovered, as a part of this process, an illegally installed system behind the garage. that system is to be decommissioined and a new transport line installed to the existing permitted septic system to serve the bathroom in satellite bedroom and sink in garage.
