permit issued in 2009 under SEP09-1 for new holding tank for the visitor center and to move the transport line to the drainfield to accomodate the new visitor center. An evaluation was completed of the RV dump station system. At the time we did not find the permit associated with it and attached the revised transport line to the 2009 case. The info re the transport line is now also located in the SEP80-295 file. As of 1/13/2012 no asbuilt for the revised transport line or the holding tank had been received. lam
