Replace an existing 5,000 gallon water storage tank with a new 17,200 gallon above ground water storage tank. This proposal has already undergone review and received approval by the Washington State Department of Health. This permit encompasses the following:
-Shoreline Exemption pursuant to Section 3.402(6) of the Jefferson County Shoreline Master Program.
-Building Permit
In addition, this proposal is subject to review of the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). Jefferson County has assumed lead agency status and the optional Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) of WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This may be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. A building application, shoreline application and environmental checklist has been submitted in conjunction with this proposal.
