|
Stormwater Management Permit and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) review to construct a gravel off-street parking facility to accomodate 34 parking stalls. Phase two will be to construct two (2) commercial buildings and a permanent parking facility to accomodate 59-parking spaces, which includes four (4) handicapped. This proposal is subject to the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) per WAC 197-11-800(iii) & (iv). The proposal will also be reviewed under Section , 3, 6 and 8 of the Jefferson County Unified Development Code. The optional Determination of Non-Significance process of WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This may be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. The proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable development regulations, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. A copy of the subsequesnt threshold determination may be obtained upon request, and will be mailed to any person commenting upon the notice of application. This is the second notice which has been amended to include the future construction of two (2) commercial buildings totaling 16,544-square feet. The revised application includes two buildings that will be utilized in compliance with the Rural Village Center (RVC) zoning. The applicant is required to obtain building, and septic permits. In addition, the development will require Washington Dept. of Transportation Access approval.
